NACC Conference Scholarships Now Available! The Nebraska Court Improvement Project is again offering six (6) full scholarships to attend the 2008 NACC Juvenile and Family Law Conference in Savannah, Georgia on August 3-6, 2008. "Know Your Rights: A Guide for Youth in Nebraska's Foster Care System" is now available on line.
The Nebraska Supreme Court has approved the Caregiver Information Form. Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-1314.02 (2007 Neb. Laws, L.B. 457, § 1) requires courts to provide a Caregiver Information Form to foster parents. The form is now uploaded to the Internet and available by following this link. Click here to read a letter recently sent to all foster parents and caregivers notifying them of their right to submit a Caregiver Information From to the court.
