offenders has been
released.
The website has a variety of information to help practitioners
represent and work with this population, including a free downloadable
version of the new book "Representing Juvenile Status Offenders", video
interviews with experts in the field, fact sheets on several
representation issues (e.g., ICPC, ICJ, ICWA), and lists of and links

In September, we are hosting four all-day regional conferences in
Scottsbluff, Hastings, Norfolk and Lincoln. Click

The second round of Helping Babies from the Bench will begin in
August. This training will address advanced issues with babies in
toddlers in the court system and focus on how this information should
be used during the life of an abuse-neglect case. The afternoon
session will include a workshop for a core team that will work on
developing an action plan for implementation in their area. Click
